Using the aftermarket arms have a few benefits over an aftermarket rubber bushing. Wheel hop is caused by the movement of your suspension arms over the rubber bushings. The traction links are the rods that take the most force as you launch or accelerate, and by eliminating that rubber bushing, it greatly reduces the amount of flex in the suspension. Also when you replace the toe links, they are the suspension arms that take the most load while cornering. By using both sets, it greatly reduces the amount of flex you feel while driving hard.

For ride quality, you still retain the majority of rubber bushings on your suspension, the sub frame is also rubber mounted (which may also cause wheel hop) but you are replacing the bushings that take the most load. This allows you to get the tightest feel when driving hard but retains a smooth ride during normal driving.
